CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY: As a courtesy to other clients & therapist, your appointments must be cancelled a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of your scheduled appointment. No shows/No calls will be charged 100% of your scheduled appointment . If you are a no show and have a Gift Certificate, you will forfeit your Gift Certificate.

ARRIVAL TIME: Please arrive to your appointment at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time for regular clients and 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time for new clients to fill out paperwork. All services offered have a specific time schedule, and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience. If late arrival is inevitable, your service(s) will be shortened in order to keep on schedule.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY: All appointments begin and end on time as scheduled so that the next client is not delayed. If the treatment does not start on time due to you not arriving on time, the treatment time will be reduced accordingly, and you will be required to pay full price.
